An opportunity has arisen within a Solutions Division for a Business Account Coordinator to join a busy and growing team. This role will support Business Account Managers across Bristol and surrounding areas, helping to manage key accounts and deliver a high level of customer service.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, highly organised, and confident in communicating with a wide range of stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide proactive support to Business Account Managers, particularly with larger and more complex accounts
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and maximise market share
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer contacts
- Support the growth and retention of existing customer accounts
Skills & Experience Required
- Confident communicator, able to engage with stakeholders at all levels including Architects, Specifiers, Project/Site Managers, Buyers, and Senior Leadership
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach
- Team-oriented and collaborative
Additional Requirements
- A strong desire to build a long-term career in a customer-focused environment
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills
- Confident using computer systems and IT tools
- Full UK driving licence (travel within the region and occasionally across the UK will be required)
- Relevant site Health & Safety card (training can be provided if not already held)
