Know How Resourcing is proud to support our well-known and respected client in the recruitment of a Sales Site Advisor for a permanent, full-time position, based on-site at a Garden Centre.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team where you will play a key role in presenting products and services, driving sales, and delivering excellent customer service. The successful candidate will be confident, motivated, and passionate about helping customers find the best solutions for their needs.
Monday and Friday schedule (9am – 3pm)
Location : Morpeth NE61 Heighley Gate Garden Centre
Main Duties:
- Engage warmly with customers, presenting products and services in a professional and confident manner.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from enquiry and quotation to closing the deal and aftercare.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships.
- Identify new business opportunities and actively contribute to meeting team sales targets.
- Cold calling prospective clients and presenting products by phone.
- Keep the showroom/site area well presented and inviting.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales using internal systems.
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve performance and share best practices.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service (site-based or showroom experience an advantage).
- A genuine love for sales and helping customers find the right solution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, positive, and eager to learn and grow.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
