My Globally recognised Manufacturing client based in Elland, is recruiting for an Internal Sales Coordinator, to join their growing team. Offering personal and professional development along with a competitive salary.

The general duties of the role will include:

  • Preparing technical quotes
  • Liaising with the customer base in the UK and Europe, from Architects to Sub Contractors
  • Dealing with sales enquiries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Understanding and promoting products
  • Coordination of internal departments; Sales, Operations, Technical, Marketing, Finance, Design etc
  • Providing excellent customer service to the client base through phone and email channels both proactively and reactively
  • Reading and interpreting construction drawings
  • Being the internal point of contact for the External Sales Team
  • Occasional travel to the UK and Europe

Skills and Experience Required

  • Previous Internal Sales experience
  • A background in the construction industry
  • Confident communicator at all levels
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Personable and professional
  • Keen, motivated and willing to learn
  • Experienced using Microsoft programmes
  • Previous experience using CRM Systems, ERP and Sage Accounting is desirable
